Before his legal practice, Paul practiced as a professional engineer in the design and construction administration of civil engineering projects including water and wastewater plants, street and highways projects, storm sewer and hydraulic projects, and water and sanitary sewer projects. Paul’s engineering background has provided a unique perspective in his representation of contractors in early resolution of construction claims and, if needed, in arbitration and litigation.
